Behind the Scenes
Connecting youth and seniors through arts and mentorship
Supporting Cast Canada's Behind the Scenes Youth Masterclass Series is currently on hiatus, and there are no sessions scheduled at this time. We are currently working with Toronto Metropolitan University to develop future hybrid masterclasses that will bring together youth (ages 14 to 30), including Indigenous youth, with experienced artists and industry professionals for mentorship, learning, and creative collaboration. Please check back regularly for updates and announcements regarding upcoming sessions.
Throughout Behind the Scenes, we will work to increase engagement of seniors in our community through the mentoring of youth from coast to coast in Canada, connecting talent nationwide in the process.
This experience benefits youth by providing an opportunity in a virtual classroom to learn from seasoned professionals within the arts and entertainment industry about great jobs and careers many have never heard of — yet. #KeepThatPassionAlive
